PortfolioFirst is led by Jeff Gemunder, the company’s President and co-Founder. Jeff has provided parking asset and revenue management advisory services to lodging, healthcare, airport, residential, higher education, and commercial parking operations for over 35 years. Prior to beginning his advisory services career, Jeff worked in parking operations for over 8 years.

Kathy Bolger is PortfolioFirst’s Chief Operating Officer. She has more than 25 years of experience in parking facility development, feasibility analysis, project management, ongoing operations oversight, contract compliance, and client relations for projects which include hotels; residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties; medical centers; universities; airports; and municipalities. Her international experience includes extensive work in Central Europe and Southern Africa, as well as Mexico and the Middle East.
